Audra has been spent the last 6 years in the media business and comes to us with a Degree in Public Relations from the University of Alabama. She is highly skilled in event planning and runs all or our administrative operations. Audra knows how to get things done and works diligently to enhance results. When she's not working, Audra is an aspiring artist working in the medium of driftwood!

Ken comes from a publishing family, growing up in the newspaper business; but his career took a different path. Ken spent his formative years  in the Automotive industry, working up to General Sales Manager at a local dealership. This experience was pivotal when he returned to advertising, giving him strong insights for media companies seeking to grow their automotive categories. He has held leadership positions with New York Times, Morris Communications and Consumer Source Inc., among others. Of late, Ken has found his real passion as a sales trainer, motivator and speaker. He has been responsible for helping local Account Executives grow their careers and businesses, while implementing projects that earned his media partners millions of dollars in new advertising revenue. He credits this success to  listening to the needs of his clients, the needs of their customers and creating  solutions that satisfy everyone’s goals.

Byron pugh

Byron got his start in media in radio, doing a local talk show on WVNN (The TALK MONSTER!)  in Athens, Alabama. He had some big shoes to fill as the replacement host for the departing Sean Hannity. He moved into a management role in the organization as LSM for the entire group including TV. After this initial taste of media he went on to stops at various other properties including Gannett and a stint as the Advertising Director for the Press Association in Mississippi. Most recently he was an associate with NRS Media.

Today, he leads Pathway Consulting, bringing sales and training solutions to media partners throughout the US. His experience and leadership have helped generate millions of dollars of advertising revenue from local small business. His training and presenting style have won him many fans within the industry!
